The Alora Giving brand app gives donors and staff one included app with three jobs: a donor companion for recurring donations, receipts, fundraisers, and impact; quick staff actions between meetings; and full kiosk mode with Stripe Tap to Pay so a phone can become a giving kiosk. Android and web app today; iOS in progress.
For supporters
Every supporter gets the included My Giving web portal and the Alora Giving brand app. Custom white-label app packaging adds a dedicated app-store presence for Enterprise organizations that need it. Sign-in is still passwordless — a one-time code by email or phone.
Pause, resume, change amount, or swap card — without calling anyone. Donors stay in control; you keep the relationship.
Every donation, every pledge, every year-end statement — downloadable PDFs, ready to share with their tax preparer.
Donation confirmation, receipt-ready, recurring renewed, campaign goal reached, pledge reminder — clear, timely, opt-in.
Donors create their own fundraising pages linked to your campaigns and share them with friends and family. Multi-org aware — one account, many causes.
One login, every org they support. Donors see their full giving picture across every nonprofit on Alora — without re-entering credentials.
Campaign progress, milestone updates, project news from the orgs they support — delivered as notifications, not just buried emails.
For staff
With the included brand mobile app, staff get the actions they reach for between meetings — check today's donations, see campaign progress, watch kiosk health, and flip the phone into kiosk mode for an event. For everything else, the full Alora dashboard runs in any mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Same login, same data, same permissions.
Check donations between meetings. Review a kiosk's health from the car. Approve a draft campaign from the browser while traveling.

Kiosk mode + Tap to Pay
With the included brand mobile app, flip the app into kiosk mode and hand the phone to the room. The same 3-tap flow as a tablet kiosk — fund, amount, pay — and with Stripe Tap to Pay, donors simply tap their own card or phone on the staff phone. No card reader, no tablet, no hardware at all.
It's the zero-hardware way to start in-person giving: a volunteer with a phone at the door, a staff member working the room at a fundraising dinner, a table at the community fair.
